10:30am-12:00pm	Breakout Session I (Research partnerships: Research topic-based breakout session – Understanding potential partner’s research interest and expertise. Each participant will engage with at least two topic groups, rotating every 30 minutes)
12:00pm-1:30pm	Lunch and networking (Research partnerships: Informal networking opportunities with topic-specific table settings
1:30pm-2:30pm	Informational Session (Training: Emphasizing Intellectual Merit (IM) and Broad Impact (BI) criteria, and strategies for identifying and presenting high-quality IM & BI by NSF Program Directors: James E Fowler and Abraham Matta)

2:45pm-4:15pm	Breakout Session II (Research partnership: Brainstorming with potential collaborators identified in Breakout Session I and during Lunch). Introduce mentors: (Danda Rawat, Fan Wu, Michelle Rogers)

10:15am-11:45am	Breakout Session III (Research Partnership : proposal team meeting with mentors (Danda Rawat, Fan Wu, Michelle Rogers) to discuss research proposal ideas and develop the proposal preparation plans)
11:45am-12:15pm	Breakout Session Report (Research partnership: present of team information, topic, and plan)
12:15pm-1:30pm	Lunch
1:30pm-3:30pm	Breakout Proposal Working Session (Research partnership: Proposal team refining project ideas and proposal writing agenda, identifying the tasks prior to the second wor kshop)
